Returns

I want to return, how do I do this? Returns are easy with the return form. You can request the return form by sending an email to: info@hollandnaturals.eu.

Complete the return form completely and include it with the items you wish to return. Pack the return items well. Cut the return address from the return form and stick it visibly on the package. Hand in the package at a PostNL collection point. Keep the receipt (track&trace code).

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6,95 euros per package, consult the PostNL website for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Hollandnaturals.eu reserves the right to refuse returned products or to refund only part of the amount already paid, if it is suspected that the product has already been used, opened or has been damaged by your fault.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@hollandnaturals.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
